Pastor Eric was called to East Koshkonong Lutheran Church in April of 2022.
Originally from Rockford, Illinois. He earned his B.A. from Augustana College (Rock Island, IL) in 2011, followed by a Master of Divinity from Wartburg Theological Seminary (Dubuque, IA) in 2016, the same year that he was ordained. Previous, Pastor Eric spent six years serving the community of Faith Lutheran Church in Andover, Iowa. In addition to local parish ministry, Pastor Eric is a published contributor to Currents in Theology and Mission and is also a passionate advocate for faith-based justice, particularly through Bread for the World.

Pastor Eric shares life with his spouse, Carina, who also serves as a Minister of Word and Sacrament. Outside of ministry, Eric enjoys fishing, movies, football, and spending quality time with friends and family.
