Fall Choir Kickoff continues Sunday, August 24th with 8am practices before church. Come welcome Krisy Klemp as she takes on the role of this year’s Choir Director!  The first Choir performance of the year will be during worship on Sunday,  September 14, 2008.

Last Chance for Christian Fish Fry!  This year’s Christian Fish Fry will be held Tuesday, August 26th.  If you haven’t reserved your spot, please have $30.00 to Hazel Tellefson as today is the LAST day!

RALLY DAY 2008!  SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 7, 2008! Join us this year for an exciting kickoff to fall.  We will have worship led by Cheryl Kirking, special Pray & Play Bible and devotionals  presentations, followed by a potluck and CARNIVAL for the kids complete with a castle jumper and face painting.  The fun begins at 9am with worship.  See you there!

Mark your fall calendars, Jonathan Rundman will be in concert at East Koshkonong Lutheran Church, from 6-8 p.m. October 8th. His new CD, Insomniaccomplishments, is available through Salt Lady Records at his web site, http://www.jonathanrundman.com/album_ins.html You can listen to streaming audio of his new CD at http://www.myspace.com/rundman .The concert is free and is open to everyone, but will be especially geared for confirmation and youth groups. The concert will include opportunities for worship and prayer using Jonathan's setting of the liturgy, his Heartland Liturgy.
